Communication is more than simply reading and writing. Art is an indefinable form of communication in which we intimate the meaning and contribute to a consensus in its interpretation, making the resulting message even stronger.

Studying a calibrated musical piece, holding visual artwork in your hand, confers upon them those emotional characteristics that exalt the content, which otherwise would remain little more than the whispered conversation between the artist and his medium. Today if it is true that the comunicative forms have been changed so that they may be accessible to everyone, then we must also try to make the message more accessible, without pretending that this is art's only end, but to recognize the necessity of transferring its meaning to those who will never have intimate contact with it.

Certainly if this form of communication were composed solely of miniscule, isolated elements, it would be a drop in the ocean; but if instead the elements were used by all, becoming part of daily life as in a flowing stream, would it not have the force to transport its message? Isn't it the small, daily gestures that in the end make the difference? Isn't it to ourselves that we must first look for the answers?

Until recently the concepts of Fashion Peace were limited to fashion shows for the purpose of collecting donations, whether through entry fees or the sale of outfits worn by the models on the runway, articles of clothing designed by various artists, always with the same humanitarian purposes. But both these means, although contributing to a just cause, do not communicate the message beyond the circle of participants and donors. While I believe that it is right for the world of fashion to participate in this work, I also believe that the whole world should know who contributes to sustaining a world without conflict.

It is in this context that "Project Fashion World Peace" was born. Working with the artistic and creative synergy of national and international elements dedicated to one goal, under the unifying umbrella of its logo (It is not the one shown here on every page), with an internal message, because words can change the world.

There are various forms of identification, but it is without a doubt our apparel that makes an immediate statement; it is a basic act of participation in a movement wherever we are and whatever we do.

This project is divided into three phases:

• Creation of an audio presentation;

• Creation a video presentation;

This will allow us to give to greater force to the project, demonstrating its value from its basis to its infinite world-wide perspectives. Through these first two phases we will make use of advanced technologies to communicate the importance of the project to a wide audience.

• Creation of the Elia Costa Foundation

There is still much work to be done to realize our goals. Our resources are many: from private companies in the world of fashion to individual supporters, and all are most welcome. The T-Shirts that you have acquired and the fact that you wanted to share the Lovemark of the project in order to support it are only the beginning of a long journey, a "Lovemarks" movement for a better life, a better world for all.

A new era has begun.

A “emozionabile Lovemarks”, for a top quality of the life, for a better world for all. A new era is begun: do you want to be a part of it?
